Luc Lajoie I discovered this album throught James Acaster's Perfect Sounds podcast. I was not sure what to think at first but I listened to the album in full, and then I understood. Very strong musically, innovative, great album ! Favorite track: monument.

Levrikon Really interesting Latvian pop music, heavily orchestrated but also electronica-influenced. I've never really heard anything like it before. Ms. Balcus has a powerful voice that suits the density of the music perfectly. A great find. Favorite track: they're coming.
